Yoga offers a world of benefits to runners. But incorporating this practice into regular running routines can seem both intimidating and impractical. In this running clinic, yoga instructor Cindia Stewart will teach you how to incorporate yoga into your busy schedule!

The class will begin with a 15 minute warm up flow followed by a 30 minute group run. Cindia will then lead participants through a 15 minute cool down before teaching “Flows-to-Go”: 5 minute flows that can be done anywhere.
Please bring your own mat and strap. A towel can be used in lieu of a mat and a belt or towel work well as a strap.
About our instructor: Cindia’s introduction to yoga began over ten years ago. Enamored, she discovered the positive impact yoga has on life. Desiring to share her passion and practice with others, Cindia completed Shine’s YTT 200 hour with Caroline Felix and Amy Gwinner. Cindia’s calm and gentle manner is well-suited to inspiring students of all levels. She hopes her students will find balance—mentally, physically, and spiritually that they can embody in their daily lives off the mat.
